Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 sausages (Mettwurst)
- ½ kg zucchini
- 300 g onion(s)
- 300 g red bell pepper(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 250 ml broth
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the sausage and zucchini, dice the onion, and strip the bell pepper. First, lightly fry the sausage in the oil, add the vegetables, and simmer for 15 minutes. Then, gently simmer the whole thing in the broth with the marjoram until slightly tender. Finally, season with spices, add the crème fraîche, and parsley. Serve with spaghetti.
