Spaghetti with tuna sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 can tuna, in its own oil
  • pepper, black
  • marjoram
  • Broth, granulated
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, bring the passata to a simmer and season generously with the spices. If desired, stir in another tablespoon of tomato paste. Wash the spring onions, slice them into small rings, and stir them into the sauce. Tear the tuna into pieces with a fork and stir it into the sauce (along with the oil). Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes. Then serve with the spaghetti.
