Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g tofu, soft
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 pepper from the jar, spicy
- 5 large olives
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- lots of herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the tofu and vegetables into small pieces suitable for a blender. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend with a hand blender or similar until smooth. This can then be stored in a clean jam jar in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Freezing also works. Note: If you’re not sure about the spiciness, start with a spoonful of sambal oelek and work your way up!
