Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g smoked tofu
- 30 g olives, black, pitted
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp sambal oelek
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp marjoram

spicy, quick and easy
First, roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat, remove them, and let them cool. Crumble the tofu with a fork and fry it with the tomato paste and sambal oelek. Place the sunflower seeds, the fried tofu, and the remaining ingredients in a tall bowl and blend until smooth.
