Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g nuts, ground
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Prepare the chocolate pudding with milk and sugar according to the package instructions and let it cool completely. Whip the cream with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream stiffener until stiff peaks form, then fold in the ground nuts. Ladle the cream and chocolate pudding into glasses, alternating layers.
