Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark with the sugar, add the drained mandarins, and the egg, then mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. Finally, adjust the consistency to taste with milk and/or mandarin juice. It’s quick and tastes great!
