Banana and potato gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 onions
  • 350 g QimiQ
  • Salt
  • pepper, black
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the potatoes and let them cool (the day before). Thinly slice the bananas and potatoes and arrange them in a greased baking dish. Chop the onions and sauté until translucent. Add QimiQ and season. Pour the QimiQ mixture over the gratin and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
