Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 5 small shallots, finely chopped
- 40 g parsley, finely chopped
- 10 g chervil, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fennel herb
- ½ tsp thyme, finely chopped
- ½ tsp basil, finely chopped
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- 1 tsp capers, finely chopped

Store the butter at room temperature to soften. Sauté the finely chopped shallots in 1 teaspoon of butter and let cool. Cream the butter until fluffy and gradually add all the ingredients with a wooden spoon. Place the butter in a container or wrap it in foil, roll it up, and refrigerate. Tip: Can also be frozen for storage.
