Pak Choi endive salad with tomatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of pak choi
  • 2 handfuls of endive lettuce
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp oil, e.g. walnut oil
  • salt and pepper
  • cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
