Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g beef tartar
- 1 gherkin(s), finely chopped
- 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
- 1 tsp capers, chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper

Tatar as we love it
Whisk the egg yolk with the Worcestershire sauce, add the cucumber, onion, capers, and the meat, and mix everything together with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
