Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp tartar sauce
  • 1 pinch of mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato peppers (canned)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes, let them cool, peel them, and chop them finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Mix the eggs, onion, tartar sauce, and mustard together, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes. If you like, you can also stir in finely chopped tomato and pepper, as well as various herbs.
