Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate, grated
- 150 g nuts
- 375 g flour
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 3 eggs
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Make a batter! Fold in egg whites, chocolate, and nuts. Bake for 1 hour at 150°C.
