Cream – ham – pasta with garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of ham (cooked ham)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and ham and fry them together. Drain the pasta and add the cream, stirring to combine. Then, press the garlic cloves through a garlic press and add them. Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
