Papaya and mozzarella salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 papaya
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 1 pepper, red
  • 4 stalks of basil
  • 1 tsp acacia honey
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the papaya, halve it lengthwise, remove the seeds, halve the halves again crosswise, and then cut into thin slices. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices slightly thicker than the papaya. Wash the peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, cut them into strips, and chop them very finely. Wash the basil, spin it dry, and roughly chop the larger leaves. In a bowl, mix the lime juice, orange juice, honey, pepper, pepper, and salt well. Gradually whisk in the olive oil and stir it into the dressing. Alternate layers of mozzarella and papaya on a platter. Pour the dressing over the top. Sprinkle the basil over the salad and grind with a little fresh pepper. Arrange the salad on plates and serve with fresh baguette.
