Yogurt and quark dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 8 cookies (egg cookies)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • e.g. honey or sugar
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 small can of fruit of your choice (e.g. tangerines)
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

with fruits of your choice

Drain the fruit. If using fresh fruit, wash, peel, and cut into pieces. Mix the quark and natural yogurt with the vanilla sugar and a little lemon juice. Sweeten with honey or sugar, if desired. Briefly dip the egg cookies in milk. Fill dessert glasses with alternating layers: egg cookies, quark mixture, and fruit. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the cookies to soften.
