Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 figs, fresh and ripe
- 80 g cheese (goat)
- 1 tsp vinegar (raspberry)
- 1 tbsp oil (sunflower)
- 1 tsp, levelled honey
- 1 pinch of mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the figs, slice them into wafer-thin slices, and arrange them on plates. Whisk together the raspberry vinegar, oil, honey, and mustard until a creamy marinade forms, then drizzle this over the sliced figs. Sprinkle with shredded goat cheese and serve.
