Light curry noodle salad with apple and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta, pre-cooked, possibly from the day before
  • 1 large apple, sweet, e.g. Jonagold
  • 100 g of cheese in one piece, e.g. butter cheese or a low-fat
  • 200 ml low-fat yogurt
  • 100 ml curry sauce (curry barbecue sauce)
  • 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
  • n. B. Vegeta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the noodles, diced apple, and cheese in a large bowl and mix. Pour the yogurt and barbecue sauce over the pasta and mix. Season with curry powder and spices.
