Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta, pre-cooked, possibly from the day before
- 1 large apple, sweet, e.g. Jonagold
- 100 g of cheese in one piece, e.g. butter cheese or a low-fat
- 200 ml low-fat yogurt
- 100 ml curry sauce (curry barbecue sauce)
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- n. B. Vegeta
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the noodles, diced apple, and cheese in a large bowl and mix. Pour the yogurt and barbecue sauce over the pasta and mix. Season with curry powder and spices.
