Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice
- 2 apples
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 200 g cheese
- 3 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 4 tbsp oil
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the rice, then let it cool. Peel the apples and onion. Chop them as finely as possible along with the cooked ham and cheese. Combine everything in a bowl and mix. Make a marinade with wine vinegar, mustard, oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour over the mixture and let it sit until ready to serve, preferably overnight. Adjust seasoning if desired.
