Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large bananas
  • 2 small lemons
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener
  • 8 tbsp Nutella or other nut nougat cream
  • Mint, a few leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Squeeze the lemons. Peel the bananas, setting aside a few slices for garnish (drizzle with a little lemon juice), and break or slice the rest into pieces. Mash with a fork and mix with the lemon juice. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the bananas with the hazelnut spread and finally fold in the cream. Refrigerate for a while. Divide among four dessert bowls and serve garnished with banana slices and mint leaves.
