Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml cream
- 50 g sugar
- 12 g agar-agar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
In a saucepan, whisk the cream, sugar, agar-agar, cornstarch, and vanilla sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the contents into cold, rinsed molds. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving, carefully loosen the rim with a knife and turn the panna cotta out onto plates. Garnish with fruit sauce, such as pureed strawberries, or fresh fruit, if desired.
