Iced chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa . e.g. Niemetz drinking chocolate
  • 10 Confectionery (Ice Confectionery)
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 1 serving of whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 7 minutes

Heat 200 ml of milk with 1 tablespoon of hot chocolate powder until dissolved. Then add 50 ml of cold milk. Pour the rum and hot chocolate into cups and refrigerate for about 1 hour. When everything is cool enough to handle, add the iced candy and garnish with whipped cream.
