Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml water
  • 900 ml milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • tsp chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely grate the chocolate and stir it into the hot water until smooth. Heat the milk with a pinch of salt, but do not let it boil. Stir in the melted chocolate and sugar. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk until frothy. Pour the hot chocolate into warmed mugs, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, and serve immediately.
