Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 3 packs of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 bottle of ketchup
- 80 ml brown rum
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 kg hunting sausage
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- oil
- some flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Perfect with pasta
Finely chop the sausage and onion, then fry them together in a little oil in a pan. Deglaze with tomatoes, rum, and broth. Season with spices and honey. Bring to a boil and thicken with a little flour mixed with a little water. We served it with pasta and sprinkled with chips.
