Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 6 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch of anise
  • 4 tea bags, black
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Simple

Boil the milk and add the spices to a tea infuser and the tea bags to steep. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea infuser and tea bags. Sweeten with sugar to taste and serve. If you like, you can top the tea with foamed milk or cream.
