Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pear(s), pieces
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 4 carnations
- 500 ml water
- 75 g sugar
- 8 cl pear schnapps (pear brandy)
- 500 ml vanilla milk, frothed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the pears to a boil with the cinnamon stick, cloves, water, and sugar, then simmer gently until the pears are soft. Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves. Purée the pear pieces in the liquid with a hand blender and fill into 4 heatproof glasses. Pour 2 cl of pear brandy into each glass and top with hot, frothed vanilla milk.
