Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 chocolate kisses
  • 250 g quark (40%)
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 500 ml red fruit compote, homemade
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, separate the wafer bases from the marshmallows. Pour the foam mixture into a bowl and smooth it down. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form, then stir in the quark. Fold the cream and quark mixture into the foam mixture to finish the cream. Now layer the mixture: first the cream, then a layer of red fruit compote, then the cream again – the final layer consists of the cream. Now, crush the wafer bases and sprinkle them over the mixture. Tip: You can also leave a few marshmallows whole, then crush them and then decorate the cream with them.
