Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sea salt
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 20 g oregano
  • 20 g basil leaves
  • 20 g thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Allow the herbs to dry thoroughly. Strip the rosemary leaves. Use the dried leaves for the oregano and thyme. Crush the spices in a mortar and pestle and mix with the salt. Transfer to a spice grinder or finely grind all ingredients in a food processor and store in a jar.
