Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 ml walnut oil or other cold-pressed oil
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 tsp agave syrup, maple syrup or honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whisk the oil and mustard in a blender until creamy. Add the orange juice, agave syrup, and spices and blend again. Pour over the salad just before serving. It pairs perfectly with all autumn and leafy salads. The dressing will keep for 2-3 days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
