Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pork loin(s)
- 1 jar tomato pepper, cut into strips
- ½ onion(s), finely chopped
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
- some cayenne pepper
- some chili flakes
- some flour, maybe
- 50 ml cream (cooking cream)
- 50 ml ketchup (shish ketchup)
- 50 ml tomato ketchup

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the loin into strips and sear in a pan. When the meat is lightly browned, season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan after another minute and set aside. Add the chopped onion to the pan and sear briefly. Stir in the cooking cream, ketchup, and shish kebab ketchup to taste. Stir in the tomato and pepper strips. Season the sauce with the spices and thicken with a little flour, if desired. Then add the pork fillet and bring back to a boil. Perfect with tagliatelle, but also delicious with spaetzle or rice.
