Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g kidney beans
- 200 g smoked tofu
- ½ tsp smoked salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp marjoram
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, drain the kidney beans in a sieve. Then, roughly dice the tofu. Place the tofu and beans, along with the spices and oil, in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour everything into a jar. This vegan liver sausage will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days. Have fun making it. Naturally Delicious!
