Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 30 ml water
- 20 ml vinegar
- 1 chili pepper(s), hot

for immediate consumption, without long waiting or simmering
Remove the stem from the chili. Then place all ingredients in a tall bowl and puree very finely with a hand blender. Ideally, no chili seeds should be visible afterward. This usually takes me 30-60 seconds. After that, this super quick chili sauce is ready to eat. Great: It tastes very fruity. You can adjust the spiciness by either not using hot chili or removing the seeds before blending.
