Rinse the meat, pat dry, and dice. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Alternate the meat and onion on 8 shish kebab skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Trim the broccoli, divide it into florets, and wash it. Then boil it in salted water for about 6-8 minutes. After draining, rinse with cold water and set aside. Remove the skewers from the pan, but keep warm in the oven at 150°C. Peel the garlic, finely chop it, and fry briefly in the frying fat. Add the lemon juice, stock, and cream. Bring to a boil briefly, then stir in the sauce thickener. Crumble the cheese and add it to the sauce, season with lemon pepper and sugar. Melt the butter in the pan, briefly brown the flaked almonds, add the broccoli, and toss to coat.
