Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sheep’s cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g
  • 4 tbsp ajvar
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix everything together and refrigerate the dip.
