Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g milk
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 pinches of salt
- 100 g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Attach the whisk attachment. Add the milk, egg yolks, salt, and sugar to the mixing bowl. Split the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds, and add. Heat for 10 minutes at 80°C/speed 4. The vanilla sauce tastes great with steamed dumplings and delicate desserts.
