Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 100 g cucumber(s)
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 tsp Spirulina microalgae
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 small apple (Granny Smith)
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 130 g mango(s), frozen
  • e.g. crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a glass and garnish with two mint leaves. 403 kcal per serving.
