- 100 g cucumber(s)
- ½ avocado(s)
- 1 tsp Spirulina microalgae
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 small apple (Granny Smith)
- ½ banana(s)
- 130 g mango(s), frozen
- e.g. crushed ice
Instructions
