Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g cream cheese
- 200 g whipped cream
- 2 tsp, heaped herbs, mixed (8-herb blend), frozen
- e.g. chives
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Combine the cream cheese and heavy cream with the salt in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer on low speed until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again on low speed, then season to taste. Transfer to a suitable bowl and refrigerate for a while, ideally overnight. The next day, stir briefly again with a tablespoon and enjoy on its own on bread or as a spread under cheese instead of margarine. Store the cream in the refrigerator. It also goes well with boiled or baked potatoes.
