Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 apple, e.g. Elstar
  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 piece(s) snake cucumber(s), organic
  • some agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze the oranges and lemon well. Peel the mango and banana. Roughly dice everything and blend with a little juice in a suitable container using a whisk until smooth. Add the remaining juice, stir in a little agave syrup, and season to taste. Mix thoroughly and pour into glasses. Decorate and serve well chilled.
