Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey, more is fine
- ½ mango(s), diced
- 6 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the yogurt with the honey. Stir in the mango cubes and pomegranate seeds (reserve 2 tablespoons each). Pour into glasses. Sprinkle the reserved fruit and pistachios on top.
