Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 500 g sour milk
- 200 g low-fat yogurt
- 200 g lean cooked ham
- 1 can peas and carrots, mixed
- e.g. mustard
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- some vinegar
- little oil
- e.g. paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 7 hours 28 minutes
Low-fat
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Chop the ham into small pieces and mix with the peas and carrots, the sour cream, and half of the yogurt. Season with the remaining ingredients and fold in the pasta. The salad only really tastes good after it’s been left to sit for several hours, so I always make it the night before. Once the salad has absorbed the liquid, you can mix in the remaining yogurt.
