Shortcrust Pastry Cookies

The perfect shortcrust pastry cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 600 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Sour cream

For decoration:

  • 1 cups Chocolateglaze

For the dough:

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Add eggs and sour cream and knead everything well.
  4. Roll out the dough on the work surface.
  5. Cut out cookies and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes

For decoration:

  1. Melt the chocolate icing and spread it on the cookies or decorate the cookies with sugar writing.
