Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g mustard, hot
- 100 g mustard, sweet
- 100 ml milk
- 3 g pepper
- 2 g salt
- 25 g sugar
- 6 g ready-made salad dressing mix (paprika)
- 5 g vegetable stock
- 50 g vinegar (Altmeister)
- 250 g water
- 20 g oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. The salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Always mix thoroughly before use.
