Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g mustard, hot
  • 100 g mustard, sweet
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 g pepper
  • 2 g salt
  • 25 g sugar
  • 6 g ready-made salad dressing mix (paprika)
  • 5 g vegetable stock
  • 50 g vinegar (Altmeister)
  • 250 g water
  • 20 g oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly. The salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Always mix thoroughly before use.
