Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Camembert(s), very ripe
- 35 g butter
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp beer, light, not pilsner
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes
seasoned with garam masala
Trim the edges of the Camembert and let it stand with the butter for a while to allow both to reach room temperature. Then mix the two together with a fork and mash. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours. Garnish with spring onion rings and chives before serving. Best served with fresh brown bread or pretzels.
