Chestnut goat's cheese spread

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g goat’s cheese (alternatively regular cream cheese)
  • 100 g chestnuts, cooked
  • 1 sprig(s) basil
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • little lemon peel, grated, untreated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt
  • some pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend the cream cheese, chestnuts, basil leaves, and torn parsley in a food processor until spreadable. Stir in the balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. It pairs perfectly with baguette.
