Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g goat’s cheese (alternatively regular cream cheese)
- 100 g chestnuts, cooked
- 1 sprig(s) basil
- ½ bunch parsley, flat
- some balsamic vinegar
- little lemon peel, grated, untreated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- some salt
- some pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blend the cream cheese, chestnuts, basil leaves, and torn parsley in a food processor until spreadable. Stir in the balsamic vinegar, lemon zest, and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. It pairs perfectly with baguette.
