Chocolate muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 125 g sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, broken into small pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 75 g butter, melted
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pack of chocolate decorations (chocolate drops)
  • some oil to brush the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

makes 15 muffins

Combine the butter and sour cream, then stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix everything together. Fold in the chocolate chips. Brush muffin cups with oil, fill them two-thirds full with batter, and press a few chocolate drops into each one. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven.
