Marzipan liqueur

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g marzipan paste
  • 250 ml milk
  • 330 ml rum, brown, 40%
  • 200 ml cream
  • 4 cl liqueur (Licor 43)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dissolve the marzipan in the milk by heating it. Help it melt with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let it stand briefly. Then press the mixture through a clean tea towel. The best way to do this is to place a large sieve over a pot and line it with the tea towel. Now “sift” the lukewarm mixture by lifting the ends of the tea towel and gathering them into a small bag. Then simply wring the mixture through the towel and pour it into bottles. Serve ice cold.
