Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 eggs, including the yolk (very fresh)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 1 tsp coffee (instant)
  • 700 ml brandy
  • Cinnamon, for flavoring
  • Clove(s), ground, for flavoring
  • Gingerbread spice, for flavoring

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Heat the cream with the chocolate and instant coffee and let it sit on the stove until creamy. Stir it into the sugar mixture, pour in the brandy, and stir in the spices. Bottle and let it stand for a few days—this allows the full flavor to develop!
