Yogurt and quark dessert with fresh blueberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g blueberries
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 25 g vanilla sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 40 g amaretti biscuits
  • 1 cup of espresso

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sort and wash the blueberries, reserving a few for garnish. Mix the quark, yogurt, and vanilla sugar. Season with lemon juice. Roughly crumble the amaretti biscuits and make a small cup of espresso. Place the amaretti biscuits in a dessert glass and drizzle with the espresso. Top with the blueberries, then the quark mixture. Garnish with the remaining blueberries and the crumbs.
